Shipping Policy:

All items that are in-stock will be shipped within 2 business days of your order.  If an item is not in-stock, you will be notified of any delays that will occur.  Shippment is generally by UPS or FedEx and delivery will be targeted for 5 - 15 days from date of shippment, depending on the shipping location.

Return Policy:

30 day replacement or replacement credit on non-defective items.  30 day replacement on defective items with free shipping or shipping charge refund.

30 day replacement or refund in items labeled "USED" or "DEMO" (such as Mil. Surplus or collector pieces) on items that do not match the website description or quality rating.

IMPORTANT: All items are inspected and "USED" or "DEMO" items are digitally photographed prior to shippment.  If an item is returned that does not match the item shipped (i.e. altered or replaced) the customer still owns this item but will need to pre-pay for return shippment - NO EXCEPTIONS.
